Located 1 ½ hours drive from Auckland, this historic home is set on 2 ½ acres of gardens and orchard, and is ideal for Bed and Breakfast guests or small group conferences and meetings.

Bed and Breakfast guests have the entire use of our upstairs wing, which has three  queen size bedrooms, each sleeping 2 guests, 1 x king single room and a guests shared bathroom. There is an additional bathroom and toilet downstairs also.

A breakfast of cereals , toast , home preseved fruits and jams , fresh fruit and yoghurt is included in our nightly tariff of NZ$125.00 per couple, sharing one bedroom or NZ$75.00 per night single including GST. We can cater for gluten free and wheat free guests as well.

Dinner is available at the local Pioneer Tavern which offers a dinner menu six nights a week 5 pm until 9 pm. Bookings preferred. Ph 07 862 4730.

Guests are also welcome in our Billiard Room downstairs to practice their game or just relax in front of the fire in winter. In summer our pool is available for a refreshing dip. We have some bicycles for guests use also to explore the area.

Young children need to be supervised as our property has a river at the rear and livestock in the paddocks.

A port a cot and high chair are available .

Sorry no pets .Bookings are essential and checkout time is by 11.00am.
